We generally do not receive or store your full credit or debit card details. Payment information is handled by the relevant payment provider in accordance with its own privacy and security practices.

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies needed for website functionality, security and basic performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although disabling some cookies may affect how the website works. We do not currently use Google Analytics.
Volunteers and children
Volunteer applications are intended for people aged 18 years and over. We may participate in educational activities involving children and young people, including activities with schools. We do not currently intend to collect personal information directly from children through our general website forms. Where information about a child is required for an activity, appropriate consent will be obtained where necessary.
How we protect and retain information
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.
